This week… I slipped.

The app I’m building which is the one meant to block distractions and protect energy — I barely touched it. I’ve been too distracted to build the tool that’s meant to fix distraction. The irony stings.

Running a mental health community for students is beautiful, but it’s also exhausting. Humans are hard to lead especially when you care too much. Especially when you are human too.

There’s this haunting thought I’ve been carrying: What if I’m building all these things to help others, but quietly losing myself in the process?

Some days, I feel like I’m just holding on.

But I remind myself: this isn't failure. It's friction. And friction means I’m still moving.

Still here. Still building.
Even if it’s slower this week.
